Take advantage of a free shuttle from the resort to the park. Overlooking Carlsbad's magnificent Flower Fields, which are open and in full bloom in Spring, the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort is less than a mile from some of Southern California's most beautiful beaches. Guests can travel easily to any of San Diego's world famous attractions, golf courses, tennis facilities and shopping centers. The resort offers luxurious rooms, an Olympic size swimming pool, on-site dining, spacious conference rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, and an activity program with events seven days a week. Hotel Reservation Policies For hotel rooms, check in is at 3:00pm, and check out is at 12:00pm. For condo units, check in is at 4:00pm, and check out is at 10:00am. A late checkout fee of $100.00 or more will be assessed if unit is not vacated by proper checkout time. The hotel charges a $1.00 per night city assessment fee. This fee is not included in your reservation total, and will be charged upon check-out from the hotel. A $9.00 per night resort fee will be charged upon check-out. This fee is in addition to the room rate, and is not included in your online reservation total. This fee entitles you to free parking, daily newspaper, internet access and a 15% discount at the gift kiosk. Hotel requires that all changes or cancellations for reservations for Standard Rooms be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
